The new edition of the "Yoga Festival" will take place in the beautiful and spacious Oliveta Park on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th May.
I'll be there, only on Sunday the 24th, with my stand to let you experience the benefits of Foot Reflexology. I'll offer a special back treatment, using reflex points on the feet, to relieve tension, harmonize the spine, and relax the central nervous system. If you have any specific requests, we can work with them. You'll also have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of crystal healing through simple handmade jewelry.
But that's not all! At 12:00, you can participate in a free Tam The Gymnastics class. This form of gymnastics, originally from Vietnam, works on both the body and the energy levels. Through nature-inspired movements, it increases joint flexibility, releases tension, promotes energy flow, and reconnects the mind-body connection.
